Soul food for soul people – fried lasagna


From the usual lasagna, only fried ones are better! We’re bringing you a simple recipe that is perfect for those moments when you want to enjoy the food of your soul.



Ingredients for fried lasagna:
450 grams of minced beef
100 grams of red onions
1 teaspoon of grated garlic
300 ml of freshly made tomato sauce for pasta
220 grams of mozzarella cheese
8-10 sheets for lasagna
salt and pepper as desired

For frying coat:
300 grams of flour
200 grams of bread crumbs
4 eggs
600 to 800 ml of vegetable oil

1. On a small amount of oil, braise the onion and garlic with constant stirring until it gets a golden yellow color. Add minced beef.

2. When meat starts getting darker color, it will begin discharging excess water. Drain the water and braise until the meat is softened.

3. Pour the tomato pasta sauce into the meat, season with salt and pepper as desired ( Of course, you can make a sauce yourself, but this recipe speeds up the entire process ).

4. Remove the sauce from the stove, then add mozzarella pieces. Stir until cheese is melted and you get a solid mixture. Allow the mixture to cool down.

5. During this time precook the lasagna sheets in boiling water. Cut each sheet over the middle, allow it to cool for about five minutes, then stuff with the prepared meat and tomato mixture, and turn them into rolls.

6. Place the prepared rolls in the freezer for about 10 minutes to cool.

7. Prepare rolls for frying in a classic manner by placing them in flour, egg and bread crumbs. Return them back to the freezer for 10 minutes.

8. Fry rolls in deep hot oil until they get a nice orange-brown color. Serve with your favorite sauce.

Are you in a mood for something delicious, but don’t have time for long-lasting preparation? We’re bringing you a recipe for a fast chicken from tavern that will be ready in no time.



Chicken with cream and mustard

Ingredients for 3-4 persons:
3-4 chicken breasts without skin
1-2 cloves of garlic
50 ml chicken buyon
100 grams of cooking cream
2 tablespoons of mustard dijon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of fresh thyme
½ teaspoon of minced sage
1 tablespoon of honey
salt and pepper as desired

1. Heat olive oil in a deeper pan at moderate temperature.

2. Rub salt and pepper on each side of fresh chicken, and put the meat on the pan when it is well-warmed.

3. Bake the chicken on each side for about 5 to 6 minutes. It will be done when the thickest part of the meat reaches a temperature of 73 degrees Celsius that you can check with the kitchen thermometer.

Put the chicken on the plate and cover it with aluminum foil to keep it warm.

4. Add finely chopped garlic to the remaining oil and braise it for about 10 seconds. Then pour chicken buyon, cooking cream, mustard, thyme and sage.

Cook with constant stirring for about 2 minutes.

5. Finally, add honey, and season it with salt and pepper as desired. Serve the chicken with this fine sauce from the pan with steam-boiled vegetables.

Chocolate cake without eggs and flour in just 5 minutes * without baking *

Ingredients for No – Bake Chocolate Cake:
220 grams of chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa (at least 72 percent)
225 grams of mileram cream or cream cheese
a pinch of salt
cocoa powder
Butter for the baking sheet

1. Smear the (deeper) baking sheet with butter .

2. Melt the dark chocolate on steam. In the second pot, slowly warm the mileram or cream cheese while melting the chocolate, so when it becomes hot add salt and melted chocolate.

3. Stir all together until a smooth mixture is obtained. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet, wrap it with a plastic foil and allow it to cool well.

4. Remove the cake from the baking sheet, sprinkle it with cocoa and serve with fresh strawberries.



Baked steak, potatoes and melted cheese – Fast recipe


It’s for those days when you just want to eat something… well, not so healthy and you don’t want to apologize. Potatoes, meat and cheese seem like the best solution, which can be transformed into a slightly different meal than you used to eat, with little effort.




2 big potatoes
400 grams of beef steak
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons ground peppers
200 grams of grated cheese as desired
sour cream
tomato sauce (optional)
salt and pepper as desired

1. Wash the potatoes well, cut it in round slices, season with salt, pepper, olive oil and ground pepper.

2. Place potatoes on baking paper and put them in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius.

3. Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook it briefly on the grill pan for three to four minutes on each side until you get a medium bloody steak. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes and cut it in cubes.

4. Place the roasted potatoes and the cut steak in a round iron pan, then cover them all with grated cheese. Put the pan in the oven for five minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

5. Serve with sour cream and tomato sauce as desired.

Delicious strawberry crepes cake from Florida


If you are skilled in making crepes and you can resist not to eat them all at once, this is a recipe that you have to try this spring.



The strawberry season is about to come, and we could not miss the opportunity to share with you a cake recipe for a winning combination – strawberry, cream and crepes. You do not need a lot of knowledge and effort for the cake, you just have to be skilled in making thin and soft crepes, and of course make sure that a few crepes survive.

If you are not a fan of whipped cream, you can make a simple white pastry cream or a cream with mascarpone cheese, like the one for tiramisu because the strawberries are very well matched with light desserts. About 20 pancakes should be made from the mixture from our recipe. Therefore, there is nothing else left for you but go and immediately heat the pan and let the battle begin!

For crepes:
4 eggs
300 ml of milk
150 g of flour
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Little grated lemon peel
Carbonated water as needed

For cream:
500 ml of mixture for whipped cream
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
300 g of strawberries
1-2 tablespoons of sugar

1. Cut the strawberries in quarters and spread the sugar on top of them, and leave it for a few minutes to release the juice. Make the creamy cream whipped cream into which you add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and leave to cool.

2. Make a crepes mixture by mixing all the ingredients except flour and carbonated water until homogeneous and gradually add the flour while mixing with a whisk or mixer. If it seems to you that the mixture is too thic, add some carbonated water. Leave the crepes mixture for about half an hour.

3. When the crepes mixture is rested, mix the “sugared” strawberries in the whipped cream (with a fork you can still slightly mash them) and let them attach well.

4. Preheat the crepes pan. You can put a little butter in it. Make sure the crepes you make are thin. When the crepes are done, let them cool.

5. Begin making the crepes cake so that on the bottom of the mold put a crepe, then add a mixture of strawberries and whipped cream in thin layer and then on top of it another crepe. Repeat this until you spend all the crepes, but make sure you finish with the crepe.

6. Cover the cake with a plastic foil and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The longer it cools, the better. After cooling, remove the foil and put some sprinkles on top of it and serve with fresh strawberries.

Crumble or crunchy is a type of dessert that is prepared from roasted fruit and crushed dough, which has a taste like fruit pie. Because of its simple preparation it is especially intended for people who like sweets but are not skilled in preparing desserts.

Ingredients for apple crumble:
6 tablespoons of white sugar
1 vanilla bean
powdered cinnamon
6 unpeeled apples
3 tablespoons of dried cranberries
grated lemon peel
juice of ½ lemons
For smeared dough:
100 grams of flour
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
50 grams of cooled butter
pinch of cinnamon
4 tablespoons of granola seed or muesli with nuts

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. During this time make a caramel in a small metal bowl.

2. Add white sugar, pinch of cinnamon, and seeds from vanilla bean, and let the mixture turn into a caramel. Do not mix the mixture, but shake the bowl occasionally.

3. Add three grated unpeeled apples to the caramel, stir and let it cook for a minute or two.

4. Then add the remaining three apples sliced ​​to cubes, lemon peel and juice, and dried cranberries. Mix everything well and remove it from the stove.

5. Make a dough of flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cubes of chilled butter. “Crumple” all ingredients with your fingers until you get a mixture like breadcrumbs, and then add the granola seeds or muesli.

6. Spread the crumbs over roasted apples and dried cranberries, then put it altogether in a preheated oven for about 12 to 14 minutes until the dough gets golden-brown.

7. Serve warm with sweet cream or ice cream.

A steak filled with mushrooms and baked with cheese – it can’t be better than this !


Veal and mushrooms are a great couple. Try this recipe for a filled steak in which all senses will enjoy.




1 shallot
2 cloves of garlic
400 grams of mushrooms as desired
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
100 grams of creamy cheese
2 yolks
50 grams of fresh chive
2 tablespoons of oil

For steak:

1 thicker veal steak
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of pepper
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
50 grams of Parmesan cheese


1. At moderate temperature, heat the oil in a large pan, then add chopped shallot and garlic until they become clear.

2. Add the mushrooms chopped into smaller pieces, salt and pepper, and boil until they become golden brown. Remove the mushrooms from the pan.

3. Mix the mushrooms, cream cheese, egg yolks and freshly chopped chive in a special dish.

4. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the steak. On one side of the steak make a cut several times (the cut should be about ¾ of the steak thickness) and put the mixture of mushrooms in these pockets. Add all the grated parmesan.

5. Heat the remaining oil in the pan. Fry the steak for about 30 seconds (on a side not filled with mushrooms) and put the whole steak into the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.

6. Cut the steak into smaller pieces and serve with salad.
