Ingredients for the Pastry Dough Ring:
400 grams of pastry dough
200 grams of mozzarella cheese
100 grams of sweet paprika
50 grams of fresh basil leaves
150 grams of salami
150 grams of ham
150 grams of prosciutto
8 slices of cheese provalone
salt and pepper as desired
olive oil and balsamic vinegar if desired

1. On the baking paper, spread the pastry dough in the form of a dozen triangles that you’ll put one over the other.

In the middle, place a round dish of about 10 to 12 inches in diameter, around which you will mix the ingredients.

2. Place the mozzarella, sweet paprika, basil, salami, ham, prosciutto and provalone cheese on the dough next to the edge of the bowl (you can use harder sheep or cow cheese as desired).

3.Roll the dough trays over the filling, remove the dish and place them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes until they become crunchy and golden yellow.

4. Let the ring slightly cool down, then sprinkle it and serve with a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Millet brownie:


1/2 cup of millet
1 and a half cup of water
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp honey
5 tablespoons coconut flour
50 – 80 ml of almond milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of raw cocoa
4 tablespoons coconut oil
3-5 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
Dark chocolate for dressing


1. Place 1 cup of water in the pot, add a pinch of salt and let it boil.

2. Add 1/2 cups of millet in the boiling water, which you have previously washed under cold water.

3. Cook millet for 20 minutes until it soaks all the water and allow it to cool down.

4. Preheat the oven at 180 ° Celsius.

5. Mix the egg, honey, cocoa, coconut flour, nuts, almond milk and coconut oil in the bowl.

6. Then add a cold millet and mix it all together.

7. In the cake mold in which you have previously placed baking paper, transfer the mixture and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Check with the fork if it is done.

8. When the brownie is cooled you can add a cup of dark chocolate and coconut oil.

1 liter of milk

800 grams of penne pasta

200 grams of grated cheese

1. Heat the oil in a deep pot and at high temperature. Add chicken cut into strips and bake until it stops being pink in the middle.

2. Remove the chicken on the side and on the same oil braise onion and peppers.

3. Put the chicken in a pot and season it together with salt, pepper, chilli powder, cumin and powdered garlic.

4. Pour the milk and pasta in the pot, and let them cook for 8 to 10 minutes with frequent stirring.

5. Finally add some grated cheese and serve with salad as desired.
