Muffins with cheese and sausages for breakfast in just 20 minutes


Surprise your palate and your loved ones with these ultra delightful and delicious muffins made of traditional ingredients for breakfast: eggs, sausages and cheese. Oh yeah!



Ingredients for breakfast muffins:

6 eggs
100 ml of milk
2 cloves of garlic
100 grams of fresh spinach
1-2 boiled sausages as desired
100 grams of grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper as desired

1. Mix fresh eggs with milk in homogeneous. Add chopped garlic, fresh spinach leaves, and salt and pepper as desired.

2. Put this mixture into muffin molds in which you have previously put some butter or oil.

3. Place in each muffin two slices of cooked sausage and some dough cheese.

4. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
