In Mexico, all dishes that contain grilled meat are called fajitas. We’re bringing you a recipe for Mexican fajita chicken salad that will delight you.



Mexican salad with chicken


2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 piece chicken breast
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red onion
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of chilli powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons of lime juice
1 medium lettuce
1 avocado


1. Heat the oil in the pan at moderate temperature. Then add the chicken in one piece, peppers and onion sliced ​​to the strips together with one teaspoon of chilli, salt, cumin and powdered garlic.

2. Sprinkle the meat and vegetables with spices, and cook them for about 5 minutes. Turn the other side of chicken and continue to braise it up for another 5 minutes until the meat is done.

3. In a small bowl, make a salad dressing with olive oil, lime juice, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon chilli.

4. Dip the cleansed lettuce into tiny pieces, chop the chicken on the strips, then mix them all together with dressing, roast peppers and onions, and slices of avocado.
