Pizza for breakfast? Hell yeah! We’re in Miami bitch! (Original Recipe)

 

With a bit of imagination and effort you can make creative pizzas for breakfast which will enjoy people of all generations equally. Instead of a classic dough, use a puff pastry dough.

 

 

Ingredients for pizza for 5 persons:
400 grams of puff pastry dough
5 eggs
60 grams of grated cheese as desired
parsleyt for decoration
salt and pepper as desired

Preparation:
1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. During that time spread the puff pastry dough into five equal rectangles about half an inch thick.

2. Roll up the edges of puff pastry dough so they look like the edges of a real pizza, and poke the bottoms with a fork. Place them on baking paper and bake for around 15 minutes until golden yellow.

3. Remove the baked pieces of the puff pastry dough from the oven, and sprinkle some grated cheese in each area. Put one fresh egg, add some salt and pepper and than add the parsley.

Bake such prepared pizza slices until the egg is cooked (cooked as desired). This will take you about eight to ten minutes. Bon appetit!
