Mozzarella, cut into sticks
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic


1. Place the mozzarella on the tooth sticks.

150 grams mozzarella cheese

1. Stir in pasteurized tomatoes with salt, pepper, oregano and parmesan.

2. Cut out four small circles of each tortilla and place them in a muffin baking mold that you had previously sliced with a little butter or oil.

3. Place a spoonful of tomato sauce over the tortillas. Add tomatoes to grated mozzarella and a few pieces of salami as desired.

4. Place the oven in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 to 12 minutes. Get out of the mold and just good!

900 grams of sirloin meat steak
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic

100 ml of olive oil

Ingredients for quick garlic sauce:

200 grams of fresh garlic
800 grams of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt

The longer you marinate the meat, the tastier it’ll get after grilling.


1. Cut the steak into cubes of about 1.5 centimeters and place them in a plastic bag.

2. Add oil, vinegar and spices to the meat. Mix well and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

3. Stuff the pieces of marinated meat on wooden sticks in combination with fresh onion, pepper and tomato.

4. Use your grill or grill pan to grill the meat and veggies on stick. This will take you about five to seven minutes on each side.

Serve with fine sauce you can make in a blender from garlic, oil, lemon juice and salt. (The sauce prepared this way can be in the refrigerator for about a week).

2 big onions
3-4 slices of mozzarella cheese
200 grams of flour
2 eggs
200 grams of bread crumbs
vegetable frying oil
sauce as desired

1. Peel the onion, then chop each to rings of about 1 centimeter thick. Carefully separate the rings.

2. Cut the mozzarella cheese in slices and press them between one bigger and one smaller onion ring.

3. Place the prepared onion in the freezer for 1 hour to squeeze.

4. Fry these onion rings by dripping it into eggs, flour and bread crumbs.

5. Fry onion rings in hot oil until you get a golden-yellow color; when done, put them on fat-removing paper or paper towel and serve with tomato-based sauce.

4 large elderberry flower baskets
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 lemon
For coating:
2 eggs
350 ml of ice water
1 teaspoon of corn starch
200 g of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder

1.NEVER pick flowers close to highways and roads; pick ones that are rich in healthy white flowers, without pests and dry flowers.

2. Cut the stem just to the point where it starts branching, so you fry as little green stems as possible.

3. First mix egg with ice cold water, then add dry ingredients gradually. Bring this mixture smooth, like the one for pancakes.

4. Heat deep oil and until it is hot enough, dip the flowers in the coating mixture and put them in oil.

5. They are finished when they get a golden brown color; when finished, remove them on a paper towel and serve with a few lemon slices, sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Watermelon and onion pizza – WHAAAAAAAT !?!?!? – Just try it !


Cut a piece of watermelon in a circular shape like classic Italian pizza, put it on the grill and make this great summer refreshment.



To make a nice pizza, you do not need a dough. Instead, use the summer fruit no. 1 – Watermelon, which goes perfectly with cheese and fresh bowl.

Ingredients for watermelon pizza:
1 slice of watermelon about 2 centimeters thick
200 grams of fresh onion cut in rings
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
¼ teaspoonfuls of salt
2 tablespoons salty water
2 tablespoons olive oil
50 grams of blue cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves

1. Mix vinegar vinegar, sugar and salt, and put onion rings in this mixture. Let the onions marinate for about 15 minutes.

2. Drain the liquid from the onions, add salty water and olive oil. Stir all together.

450 grams of shrimps
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 big onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of smoked pepper powder
200 ml of white wine
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
salt and pepper
parmesan for decoration
400 grams of dry pasta (spaghetti)

1. On olive oil, add chopped onion and braise it until it softens. This will take you about 3 to 4 minutes at moderate temperature.

2. Add chopped garlic, rosemary, thyme, smoked pepper, salt and pepper to the pan. Mix and braise about 2 minutes.

3. Add the shrimps, fry them on each side for about two to three minutes.

4. Add white wine and lemon juice and cook until the wine evaporates.

5. Mix shrimps with spaghetti served al dente, and serve with little grated parmesan and season salad.
